New patient information
We look forward to serving you at Novant Health Triad Obstetrics & Gynecology. To make an appointment with a provider in our office, call us during regular office hours.
Before scheduling your appointment, please understand our office promotes natural family planning. We do not offer sterilization or prescribe medication (including birth control) unless it is being used to treat a medical problem. We are happy to teach you about options for achieving or avoiding pregnancy without the use of artificial hormones or devices. If a fetal anomaly is detected during pregnancy, we do not recommend termination; we provide medical care for your unborn child as long as there is a heartbeat.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment. Bring with you to your appointment:
- A photo ID.
- Your insurance card.
- Your method of copayment, or payment in full if you are uninsured. (Click here to learn more about accepted insurance.)
- Any medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter medications and herbal supplements.
